Trawling through the endless recipes for cheesecake, I was intrigued by the 'Famous Junior's Cheesecake' from a cafe in New York. Its heavy duty cheesecake and i won't scare you with the amount of cream cheese in this delectable and (definitely- not crumbly at the poke of a fork!)and creamy cake.
