OK, I know that I am a Bruneian but after 24 years, I finally eaten my first Ambuyat. Went with my colleagues from I.M. who 'encourage' me to go...hehe. It was a big pot of.... (like they describe) glue. But I have to admit the condiment sauce is really nice. I can't say that ambuyat has an acquired taste, i would say that ambuyat has an acquired 'feel' to it when you swallow. Though they say to swallow, no need to chew, but I am so tempted to chew on it. Definitely will go for the second time. So I hope no one would say that I am not a pure Bruneian. HA HA, as if this would make me look any more like a Bruneian. I feel and look like a tourist with my colleagues around me at the restaurant. Anyone wanna follow for my second trip?

Oh ya! I played bowling on Friday and got my highest score ever, 136!! The students nicknamed the way i throw 'matrix' cause its so sloooow... haha but killerball.. :)

Hey Nee, don't worry I also ate Ambuyat only once when I was in Singapore last year... Not really fond of it cos it's kinda sticky and u know I am not into anything that is sticky... hehe... :p
